Ashley is the gold-star standard of professionalism. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She is attentive and responses quickly when communicating. She also has the ability to calm down nerves and fears throughout the real estate process. She provided safe real estate showings during the pandemic by making sure all potential buyers had masks, took off their shoes, and she even Lysoled and wiped down everything afterwards. With a young child in our house who has autoimmune issues that was extremely important. We are very happy with how she sold her house quickly and safely! We adore her and look forward to future real estate endeavors!

In today's day and age you don't find personal service like this! I truly felt like I was her only client. Ashley listened closely to what was important to us and showed us exactly what we wanted. Our purchase journey went down a bumpy road, yet she assured us constantly that it would all be OK. She was 100% correct and I could not have done it with out her. Even after the closing, she has checked on us to see how things are going. The realty world is lucky to have someone like Ashley in it.

Ashley spent the necessary time upfront to gain an understanding of our wishes and desires. From there she developed a list of homes that each met a high percentage of features of our wish list. I was immediately impressed that she did not force fit her or her agencies listings unless they met the same criteria.
Through the showings Ashley exhibited a thorough understanding of the area and the market so that we were very quickly trusting of her analysis of a homes listing price.
As a result of Ashley's efforts we found the home we were looking for and cannot be happier with it and with the outstanding performance by Ashley.
